Shipping

Domestic shipping (United Kingdom): 2-7 business days
International shipping:
Europe, the US and Australia: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks
(estimated arriving dates will be displayed at the checkout depending on your delivery location)

All orders will be processed during weekdays between 9AM to 4PM.
Please note that the delivery addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Thus, please double check the address before making the payment.
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a information email with tracking number and the estimated arriving dates.
The estimated arriving dates can only be used as a reference, Identitips cannot take responsibility for possible delays due to carrier, customs clearance or other force majerure.
Please note that you will be responsible to pay for all custom tax fee for importing goods if charged by your country.
If you are still waiting for the delivery a week after the estimated date, please contact the carrier or email enquiry@identitips.com.



Return & Exchange

At Identitips, we want you to love your nails as much as we do. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. Hygiene and customer safety are of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we can’t accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if you wish to request a different style/size.

If you have recieved a wrong/damaged item or never receive your order, please email enquiry@identitips.com immediately.

For an eligible return, the item must meet the following criteria:
Return request must be submitted with 28 days of receiving the item.
The item must be in its original packaging, unused, the same condition as when you received it with all tool kit items.
Receipt or proof of purchase must be attached to request email.

We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are properly packed and protected from damage during shipping.
Make sure you obtain proof of postage when returning items, as we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during transit.
If you accidentally send us items that were not purchased from Identitips, we may not be able to return them.
